100 Reasons to Start a Yoga Practice
1) You're life is too stressful
2) You find it difficult to meditate and quiet your mind.
3) You're stiff and inflexible.
4) You're flexible and loose.
5) Tendency to criticize others.
6) Tendency towards negativity.
7) Tendency towards positivity.
8) You don't like what you see in the mirror.

100) One of the greatest tricks in life is that one does not need a reason to practice yoga for if they are alive and breathing, the process has been operating all along regardless if one is aware of it or not; Life is simply a matter of removing the veils one at a time so that each individual achieves a state of clarity that reveals the true reality that which is of Love itself.
