These workshops for all, for beginners, intermediate and more advanced.
Here we have one workshop on just the PRIMARY SERIES and another workshop introducing you to the heart opening, tensions releasing SECOND SERIES.
Second series focuses more on backbending and chest stretching which is a great completement to the first series.
Anyone can do these workshops (fitness level being resonable of course) and they will allow you to explore new personal levels!
Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful yoga sequence of postures and deep breathing technique which includes sun salutations, standing postures, sitting postures, finishing postures and relaxation.
The workshops are on the first series of the Ashtanga practice AND the second series! (in individual workshops) Here you will explore the postures that will take your yoga practice to a brand new level!
We will have time to go over the more challenging postures and learn how to make your practise enjoyable so that you look forwards to going some or all of the practise each day without becoming bored, complacent or pressured.
Ashtanga Yoga is a wonderful practise. You will feel great and let go of any tensions that you are holding in the body, breath or mind.
By the end of the workshop you will feel so much more alive throughout your entire being.
