Hatha Yoga / Ashtanga Yoga & Healthy Living Advice weekend in the mountains of Snowdownia. Trigonas is a perfect place for the practice of yoga, meditation and pranayama. Meals are cooked using Trigonas own grown herbs & vegetables - absolutely delicious & divine.

Friday evening ~arrivals and supper.

Saturday & Sunday ~Meditation and yogas - Hatha Yoga or/& Ashtanga Yoga in the mornings, afternoon session of Chakra yoga, pranyama and healthy living advice.

Plus there is free time for walks, relaxations etc
